We designed this bumper to match our rear popular rear HC Tube Bumpers.
Idea was to apply features of all types of off-road scenarios. We wanted something simple, stout, lightweight, and ability to winch recovery if needed. We are absolutely excited to bring this one to market.
Construction:
1.750 DOM .120 round tubing throughout
.250 HRPO Steel winch deck, that is formed one piece – from factory mounting to outer tangent of the tube (we are playing with the idea of removing the winch deck option for guys that want something even lighter) 11G HRPO top plates for cosmetics. 11G Slotted section to house your favorite lights
Features:
High and tight to the body, tube is following contours of the body, middle section has a subtle roll to contour the front fascia.
Ability to house a 10.5K winch – Will have to relocate module to side as shown on photos
Recessed recovery mounting D rings

5052 Aluminum removable panel | Please choose .1875 Steel Plate if you expect to crawl more.
2 relocating tabs to push your a c lines back and associated hardware including rubber trim for mounting panel (to reduce noise & scratches ).
Pair of reinforcement frame supports (not shown)
